Welcome to Emerging Adulthood.
Health & Wellness Coaching for Young Adults
By Abigail Darmody
Start here.
Emerging Adult Coaching is here to provide support to people in their late teens through early thirties. I understand the confusion and frustration and joy that come with being this age. I am here to work with you through this equally challenging and revolutionary time.
I want to provide space to talk about the things we often neglect to acknowledge. I want to make sure you feel supported and never alone.
About me.
Emerging Adulthood Coaching is run by Abigail Darmody. I am an oldest sister, cat and dog lover, and the person who everyone calls when they don't know what to do next. I am born and raised in Boise, ID and am a Boise High School graduate (2013). After that, I just couldn't settle and hopped around the country for the better part of a decade. I found myself living in Salt Lake, Honolulu, Minneapolis, Portland, Minneapolis (again) and Denver. Throughout those jumps I transferred colleges multiple times, studied abroad in Madrid and ultimately graduated from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities with a B.S. in psychology with minors in public health and neuroscience.
Full circle, I am settled back in Boise as of 2022 with T.J. (partner), Rory (dog) and Fynn (cat). I am, newly, a Mayo Clinic Trained Health and Wellness Coach as of 2023 and am passionate about supporting young adults through all the up's and down's I know too well.
